The staff was so nice and the room was very clean. Room 6 was perfect; the size of the room was great, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the 2 person jacuzzi tub was perfect for relaxing. The location is perfect! 15-20 maybe to Chattanooga, 5-10 minutes to Ruby Falls, and right next door to Starbucks. Also very close to a dozen different hiking trails.

Top-rated B&B; definitely in our top 5. Everything about this property reflects attention to detail and consistency. The rooms are comfy, the gardens are beautiful, the location is quiet, feels secluded, but is just minutes from the Lookout Mountain views and local restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful with attentive service. The owners are welcoming and very service-oriented. This is a true 5-star B&B!
