  • All Rates: Rates are per night and based on double occupancy. Rates are subject to Georgia State and City taxes of 11%, plus Georgia Hotel and Motel tax of US 5 per room night.
  • Major Credit Cards: We accept American Express, VISA, Mastercard, and card will be required to hold your reservation.
  • Hours: Check-in 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.; Check-out 11 a.m. We’re flexible; with advance notice, we are happy to try and accommodate alternate times.
  • Payments & Cancellations: The Chanticleer Inn is a small boutique property. Therefore, we are significantly affected by cancellations and must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Credit cards are required to hold a room. More than seven days notice is required for cancellation or a $75.00 cancellation fee will be applied per room, per night. Cancellations made within 2 days of the day of arrival will be charged for the full stay and nights. Special promotional rates which have their own prepayment, cancellation or refund policies override this payment/cancellation policy. We suggest you purchase trip insurance (www.insuremytrip.com) as cancellations may be unavoidable. (Bookings of 4 or more rooms are considered groups, and special cancellation conditions and group booking contract applies, please contact the Inn.)
  • Wedding Parties/Large Groups: Guests requiring reservations for wedding parties or large groups should call or email the Inn directly before using the online reservation system.
  • Children: We welcome children age 8 and older.
  • Pet Policy: Though we love animals, some of our guests are allergic and therefore we cannot accept pets.
  • Non-Smoking Inn: All rooms are non-smoking.
  • Time Zone: We are on Eastern Standard Time.
