Weekends and Holidays

  • Subject to minimum stay requirements. Please check your dates on our website.
  • The availability shown on the website mirrors that of our team members at the Inn.

Rates

  • Rates are per night and based on double occupancy. Rates are subject to Georgia State and City taxes of 11%, plus Georgia Hotel and Motel tax of US 5 per room night.
  • A valid credit care is required at all times in order to hold a reservation .We accept American Express, VISA, and MasterCard in order to hold your reservation, and as method of payment together with cash. Please advise the Inn, at least 2 days prior to your arrival, if you will use a different card than that provided at time of reservation or wish to pay with cash at check in. The credit card on file will be charged for the full stay on the morning of the day of your arrival.
  • If payment is unsuccessful on the day of arrival the Inn reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
  • No checks are accepted, please do not insist.
  • All rates are non commissionable.


Cancellations

We are a small business and all cancellations impact us greatly. When we reserve a room for you, we turn away all other inquiries for those nights as we have agreed to hold that room just for you. The Inn is significantly affected by cancellations or amendments to reservations and must adhere to our strict cancellation policy as described below.

We understand that cancellations are often beyond your control and for this reason we recommend purchasing your own travel insurance for peace of mind. We will be happy to supply your travel insurance company with any needed documentation regarding our policy and your reservation. For insurance information please visit www.InsureMyTrip.com.

  • A valid credit card will always be required to hold a room at time of reservation and will guarantee payment of any reservation/cancellation fees of your stay at the Inn.
  • All reservations cancelled with less than 7 days notice, to your date of arrival, are subject to a reservation fee of US $75.00 per room, per night. Cancellations made with less than 2 days notice to the date of arrival will be charged for the full stay of all the nights. Change or modification of dates are also considered as a cancellation.
  • Special promotional rates which have their own prepayment, cancellation or refund policies override this payment/cancellation policy.
  • The Cottage reservations for rooms 21, & 22 are non cancellable, require full pre payment at time of reservation, with no changes on dates, nor cancellation allowed. It is a non refundable reservation. Please take out your own travel insurance. These room are for adults over 18 only.
  • Groups: Bookings of 2 or more rooms are considered groups. Special cancellation conditions apply, please contact the Inn directly at T: 706 820 2002.
  • Early departures and no shows, will not be refunded.

Check In/Out

  • Check-in 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.; Check-out is at 11 a.m.
  • We are happy to try and accommodate alternate times and after hours check in, please contact us directly at T: 706 820 2002 in order to explain our after hours check in process.
  • Early check in and late check out requests, are subject to occupancy of the Inn.

Wedding Parties/Large Groups

Guests requiring reservations for groups or wedding parties with 2 or more rooms should call or email the Inn directly before using the online reservation system. All wedding or groups require minimum 2 nights stay or more.

Children

  • We welcome children over the age of 12 only for rooms numbers 1 thru 18.
  • For The Cottage, Rooms 21 and 22, we welcome only adults over the age of 18.

Pets

Though we love animals, some of our guests are allergic and therefore we cannot accept any pets.

Smoking

All rooms are non-smoking and the main Inn are non smoking areas.
