Enjoy the Enchanted Garden of Lights
Rock City’s Enchanted Garden of Lights, which opens for the season on November 16, 2018, brings Lookout Mountain to life. It features hundreds of thousands of lights, and is certainly not just for kids. The Enchanted Garden of Lights features several different “realms of wonder,” each a different themed pathway through one of four options: Magic Forest, Arctic Kingdom, North Pole Village, and Yule Town. Classic light displays and festive characters will greet you along the way, no matter the path you choose. Highlights include the dancing trees, which flash with the music, and the iconic holiday star hanging over the Lovers Leap Waterfall. End your stroll through the Enchanted Garden of Lights at the Starbucks across the street. They host Winter Weekend Nights music series on Fridays and Saturdays on their patio. The lure of hot coffee or cocoa and an an outdoor fireplace can’t be beat on chilly winter nights. There’s also nightly music in the North Pole Lodge.
